Users can access the Domain Control Panel and they can make changes to the DNS, authorization code & WHOIS changes and it will show the changes are saved. But in-fact the changes are not been saved on the server and will not take effect. This is impacting only Small Business India accounts.
We are aware of this issue and engineering is working to resolve the issue.
Registration Manager (https://help.turbify.com/s/article/SLN19148) is temporarily unavailable starting on April 26th. This feature will return at a date to be determined.

As you may already be aware, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) implemented new requirements around recurring payments effective October 1st 2021. This new mandate requires additional approvals for any recurring payments beyond 5,000 rupees. Yahoo Small Business is not currently set up to complete the requirements for our subscriptions.
As all of our subscriptions bill on a recurring basis, we are unable to accept payment methods originating from India.
Use a payment method based outside of India (either a credit card or PayPal account) to renew your services moving forward. You can find out how to add a new payment method in this help page.
We are receiving reports that the store publish status page is showing an "Inactivity Timeout" error when merchants navigate away from the page and try to come back. Our engineering team is aware of the issue and working to resolve it.
In the meantime, we have added a "Publish Status" link under the Edit column in Store Manager you can utilize until this issue is fully resolved.
Some customers are facing issues in making payments/clear their pending invoices from the Billing information page.
The errors were getting cleared a while back, but are starting to come back again.

We are no longer seeing the 400 bad request error on accessing Website Builder dashboard. The tool seems to be stable now. However, we are still working on the issue to provide a permanent solution and will update when fully resolved.

Some customers are unable to publish their website using Website Builder and are getting Internal Server Error: 103 when publishing from the tool.
Our engineers are aware of the situation and working to resolve this.
There is an issue affecting some people on the help pages where the results are failing to load when searching for topics. We are working on the issue and hope to have it resolved soon.
If you encounter this you may be able to resolve it by doing the any of the following:
- Making sure to login to Turbify Help prior to searching
- Clearing the browser cache and doing a full refresh.
- Using private/incognito browser tab
- Using a different browser
When accessing the Web Hosting Control Panel, some customers are seeing a page not found.
Our engineers are aware of the problem and they working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
We are receiving reports that while trying to access Store Control Panel it is loading with 502 gateway error.
Our engineering team is aware of the issue and working to resolve it on priority.
This issue has been resolved.
Some customers are getting a blank page or a timeout notice on trying to load the profile page for their Turbify Small Business login. (Note, this is separate from the Business Mail account's profile page.)
Our engineers are aware of the issue and working to get this cleared up as quickly as possible.
Update: PayPal has resolved the issue and merchants can once again connect their stores with PayPal via Payment Center. We are currently monitoring this issue to ensure it is resolved.
