Issue with Domain Control Panel on Small Business India accounts

Users can access the Domain Control Panel and they can make changes to the DNS, authorization code & WHOIS changes and it will show the changes are saved. But in-fact the changes are not been saved on the server and will not take effect. This is impacting only Small Business India accounts.

We are aware of this issue and engineering is working to resolve the issue.

Merchant Solutions Registration Manager temporarily unavailable

Registration Manager (https://help.turbify.com/s/article/SLN19148) is temporarily unavailable starting on April 26th. This feature will return at a date to be determined.

If you'd like to be notified when this feature becomes available again, please click the "I'm Affected" link to the right.

Small Business customers based in India may see an error when making payments.

As you may already be aware, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) implemented new requirements around recurring payments effective October 1st 2021. This new mandate requires additional approvals for any recurring payments beyond 5,000 rupees. Yahoo Small Business is not currently set up to complete the requirements for our subscriptions.

As all of our subscriptions bill on a recurring basis, we are unable to accept payment methods originating from India.

Use a payment method based outside of India (either a credit card or PayPal account) to renew your services moving forward. You can find out how to add a new payment method in this help page.

 

Store publish status page errors upon revisit

Product: Merchant Solutions

We are receiving reports that the store publish status page is showing an "Inactivity Timeout" error when merchants navigate away from the page and try to come back. Our engineering team is aware of the issue and working to resolve it.


In the meantime, we have added a "Publish Status" link under the Edit column in Store Manager you can utilize until this issue is fully resolved.

Unable to make payments or clear pending invoices, getting Oops! Payment Declined error

Some customers are facing issues in making payments/clear their pending invoices from the Billing information page.


The errors were getting cleared a while back, but are starting to come back again.


Our engineers are aware of the situation and working to resolve this.
